ACP-A Aberdeen Income Credit Strategies Fund 5.250% Series A Perpetual Preferred
Dividends and distributions will be paid quarterly on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 in each year. Commencing on June 30, 2026, and thereafter, to the extent permitted by the 1940 Act and Delaware law, the Fund may at any time, upon notice of redemption, redeem the Preferred Shares in whole or in part at the liquidation preference per share plus accumulated and unpaid dividends through the date of redemption plus the optional redemption premium, if any.
