We will pay cumulative dividends on the Series A Preferred Stock from the date of original issue at a rate of 6.75% per annum of the $25.00 liquidation preference per share. Dividends will be paid quarterly in arrears on the 15th day of January, April, July and October of each year. On or after June 18, 2024, we may, at our option, redeem the Series A Preferred Stock, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time, for cash at a redemption price of $25.00 per share, plus any accrued and unpaid dividends (whether or not authorized or declared) on such Series A Preferred Stock up to, but excluding, the date fixed for redemption.  This security was issued by Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc, whose common stock symbol is AHH.
