This is an exchange traded note issued by UBS Bank that is linked, before fees and expenses, to the Alerian Midstream Energy Total Return Index and may pay a variable quarterly coupon linked to the cash distributions associated with the underlying North American Midstream Energy index constituents. The Index is a broad-based composite of North American energy infrastructure companies. The capped, float-adjusted, capitalization-weighted index consists of constituents who earn the majority of their cash flow from midstream activities involving energy commodities.
