ARKK Ark Innovation ETF

This is an actively managed fund that will invest under normal circumstances primarily (at least 65% of its assets) in domestic equity securities and U.S. exchange traded foreign equity securities of companies that are relevant to the Fund’s investment theme of disruptive innovation. Companies held by ARKK will be ARK’s cornerstone investment ideas from ARKG, ARKQ, ARKW that it believes present the best risk-reward opportunities and not be concentrated in any industry. These companies rely on or benefit from the development of new products or services, technological improvements and advancements in scientific research relating to companies that ARK believes are genomic companies, industrial innovation companies or Web x.0 companies.
