BLNIX Meeder Balanced Fund Institutional Class

This is an open ended mutual fund. The investment seeks to provide income and long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common and preferred stocks, as well as fixed income securities. It may also invest in investment companies ( underlying funds ), which include domestic and foreign mutual funds, as well as in exchange traded funds ( ETFs ), closed-end funds and unit investment trusts. The fund will have a have a minimum of 30% and a maximum of 70% of its net assets invested in equity securities or underlying funds investing in equity securities.
