Distributions on the Series 1 Preferred Units are cumulative from the date of original issue and will be payable quarterly in arrears on the last day of March, June, September and December when, as and if declared by Brookfield Property Partners Limited, our general partner. At any time on or after March 31, 2024, we may redeem the Series 1 Preferred Units, in whole or in part, out of amounts legally available therefor, at a redemption price of $25.00 per Series 1 Preferred Unit, plus an amount equal to all accumulated and unpaid distributions thereon to, but excluding, the date of redemption, whether or not declared. This security was issued by an entity whose common stock is not publicly traded on a stock exchange.
