The company offers wood laminate floors and vinyl flooring products under the Durafloor brand name; and manufactures and sells raw and coated medium density particle board and medium density fiber board panels used in the furniture and civil construction industries under the Duratex brand name. It also provides bathroom and kitchen sinks, toilet seats, showers, valves, faucets, and other products under the Deca and Hydra brands; and produces polished porcelain for houses, as well as tiles and special coating products under the Ceusa and Portinari brands. The company was formerly known as Duratex S.A. and changed its name to Dexco S.A. in August 2021. Dexco S.A. was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Dexco S.A. was formerly a subsidiary of Itaúsa - Investimentos Itaú SA.
