In addition, the company invests in securities consisting primarily of obligations of United States government sponsored entities, municipal obligations, and mortgage-backed securities. It operates through 15 full-service branch locations and 1 loan production office. The company was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Minerva, Ohio.
