CIM-A Chimera Investment 8.00% Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock

Cumulative cash dividends at a rate of 8.00% per annum of the $25.00 per share liquidation preference (equivalent to $2.00 per annum per share). Dividends will be payable quarterly in arrears on the 30th day of each December, March, June and September, when and as declared, beginning on December 30, 2016. On or after October 30, 2021, we may, at our option, redeem any or all of the shares of the Series A Preferred Stock at a redemption price of $25.00 per share, plus any accumulated and unpaid dividends thereon (whether or not authorized or declared) to, but excluding, the redemption date.   This security was issued by Chimera Investment Corp, whose common stock symbol is CIM.
