The company holds a 100% interest in the Borosi Gold-Silver-Copper Project located in the North Atlantic Autonomous Region of Nicaragua, Central America; and 100% interest in mineral concessions covering an area of 667 square kilometers in the mining triangle of northeast Nicaragua, including the Primavera Gold-Copper Porphyry Project, Cerro Aeropuerto Project, and Santa Maria Gold-Silver Project. It also holds interests in the El Limon and La Libertad gold mines, the Pavon gold project, and other mineral concessions in Nicaragua. The company was formerly known as TLC Ventures Corp. and changed its name to Calibre Mining Corp. in June 2007. Calibre Mining Corp. was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
