DJSINS Dow Jones U.S. Select Insurance Index

The Index tracks the performance of U.S. companies in the insurance sector using the ICB classification system (which is equivalent to an industry using the GICS classification system). The Index measures full-line insurance companies, property & casualty insurance companies and life insurance companies. On the last business day of the month prior to the quarterly rebalancing, a nonconstituent company must have float-adjusted market capitalization of at least $500 million to enter the Index.
