Seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Index. The Index measures the performance of the small-capitalization segment of the dividend-paying market in the industrialized world outside the U.S. and Canada. The Index is comprised of the companies that compose the bottom 25% of the market capitalization of the WisdomTree International Equity Index after the 300 largest companies have been removed. Companies are weighted in the Index based on annual cash dividends paid.
