EFC-A Ellington Financial 6.750% Series A Fixed-to-Floating Cumulative Preferred

Cumulative cash dividends (i) from and including the original issue date to, but excluding, October 30, 2024 at a fixed rate equal to 6.750% per annum of the $25.00 per share liquidation preference (equivalent to $1.6875 per annum per share) and (ii) from and including October 30, 2024, at a percentage of the $25.00 per share liquidation preference equal to an annual floating rate of three-month LIBOR plus a spread of 5.196% per annum. Dividends will be payable quarterly in arrears on or about the 30th day of January, April, July and October of each year, when and as declared, beginning on January 30, 2020. On or after October 30, 2024, we may, at our option, subject to certain procedural requirements, redeem the Series A Preferred Stock, in whole or in part, at any time or from time to time, for cash at a redemption price equal to $25.00 per share of the Series A Preferred Stock, plus any accumulated and unpaid dividends thereon (whether or not authorized or declared) to, but excluding, the redemption date, without interest.   This security was issued by Ellington Financial , whose common stock symbol is EFC.
