ERX Direxion Daily Energy Bull 2x Shares ETF

Seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the performance of the Energy Select Sector Index. ERX typically owns some shares of XLE, the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund ETF, but it primarily achieves its 300% leverage using swaps and other derivatives. Because it can achieve its 300% leverage without using all of its cash, it typically also usually has large amounts of short-term cash on hand. The Index includes all stocks in the S&P 500 Index that are part of the Energy sector using the GCIS sector classification system. The Index is one of 11 sectors of the S&P 500 Index.

Through March 31, 2020, the Fund sought daily leveraged investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the Energy Select Sector Index.
