ESGS Columbia Sustainable U.S. Equity Income ETF

Seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the Beta Advantage Sustainable U.S. Equity Income 100 Index. With a starting point of the MSCI USA Index, the Index was designed to reflect the performance of the top 100 U.S. large- and mid-cap companies (excluding real estate investment trusts) ranked and weighted according to a composite factor score determined through the application of a systematic, rules-based methodology applied by MSCI. This methodology focuses on security dividend yield, dividend growth, and cash-based dividend coverage ratio factors. MSCI also screens companies for “sustainability” through the application of its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) rating methodology that is designed to exclude companies with unfavorable corporate ESG practices. The Index component securities are weighted based on the overall composite model scores and dividend yield. The Index is rebalanced on a quarterly basis in February, May, August and November.
