FBRT-E Franklin BSP Realty Trust, Inc. 7.50% Series E Cumulative Preferred
Cumulative cash dividends at the rate of 7.50% of the $25.00 per share liquidation preference per annum (equivalent to $1.875 per annum per share). Dividends on the Series E Preferred Stock shall accumulate daily and shall be cumulative from, and including, October 15, 2021 and shall be payable quarterly in arrears on the 15th day of each January, April, July and October, commencing on January 15, 2022. At any time, the Company may, at its option, upon not less than 30 nor more than 60 days’ written notice, redeem the Series E Preferred Stock, in whole or in part, at any time or from time to time, for cash at a redemption price of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per share, plus any accumulated and unpaid dividends thereon to, but not including, the date fixed for redemption.
