The company was formerly known as Jinshan Gold Mines Inc. China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. was incorporated in 2000. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada and is considered as a Red Chip company due to its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
