IWV iShares Russell 3000 ETF

Seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the Russell 3000 Index. The Index is a capitalization-weighted index made up of the largest 3,000 U.S. stocks as measured by market capitalization. Eligible stocks include common stocks and real estate investment trusts with a market cap of at least $30 million and a closing price of at least $1.00. Excluded securities include shell companies, master limited partnerships (MLPs), business development companies (BDCs), American Depository Receipts (ADRs), and preferred stocks. The Index is reconstituted annually on the last Friday in June. Eligible IPOs are added to the Index quarterly. Because of takeovers and mergers, the Index often consists of slightly fewer than 3,000 members.
