JAZZX James Long-Short Fund

This is an open ended mutual fund. The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in foreign and domestic equity securities ( long positions ) that the Adviser believes are undervalued and more likely to appreciate, and sells short equity securities ( short positions ) that the adviser believes are overvalued and more likely to depreciate. It may maintain 100% net long exposure by investing 130% of its net assets in long positions and 30% of its net assets in short positions.
