MSDIDGNU Morningstar Global ex-US Dividend Growth Index

The Index is composed of international equities with a history of consistently growing dividends, excluding REITs. The index is a subset of the Morningstar Global Markets ex-US Index, a broad market index representing 97% of the market capitalization in international developed and emerging markets, excluding the U.S. The Index includes securities that: (i) have a minimum of five years of uninterrupted annual dividend growth, and (ii) are not in the top 10% of companies in the above universe by trailing 12-month dividend yield ; and (iii) have positive consensus earnings forecast and a payout ratio less than 75%. Payout ratio is forward-looking.
