MVV ProShares Ultra MidCap400 ETF

Seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the S&P MidCap 400 Index. MVV will typically own shares in the stocks in the Index, but it will achieve its leverage factor of 2.00 using swaps and other derivates. Because the swaps and derivatives allow the fund to achieve its required leverage without using all of its cash, the fund will also typically have large amounts of excess cash invested in short-term investments. The Index is a capitalization-weighted index made up of 400 mid capitalization stocks selected by a committee at S&P. The committee considers various factors when determining the 400 stocks that are included in the index, including market size, liquidity and industry grouping.
