To be eligible for inclusion in the Index a security must be a member of the NASDAQ US 300 Index. Each security receives a score for each of the 20 factors in the Chaikin Power Gauge Model. The factors are grouped into 4 groups where the scores are weighted by the group weight: 1) Value (Financials) (35%); 2) Technical (15%); 3) Growth (Earnings) (20%); Sentiment (Experts) (30%). To be included in the Index, a security must have a Power Gauge ranking of greater than 86 (meaning its rating is better than 86% of the securities in the Universe). There are no sector constraints placed on the Index.
