This is an open ended mutual fund. The investment seeks to maximize capital appreciation. The fund invests normally at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of small-cap companies. Its investment adviser considers small-cap companies as those with a market capitalization of less than 5 billion at the time of initial investment. The fund invests principally in the common stocks of companies that the adviser believes have the potential for significant long-term growth in market value. It invests in those companies which the adviser considers to have above-average long-term growth potential.
