This is an exchange traded note issued by UBS Bank that is linked, before fees and expenses, to the 2x leveraged performance of the Dow Jones US Dividend 100 TR USD Index. This is the total return version of DJUSDIV. The starting universe for the index is the Dow Jones U.S. Broad Market Index, which includes the 2,500 largest U.S. stocks based on full market capitalization, excluding REITs. Stocks in the index universe are subject to the following screens for dividend payment consistency, size and liquidity: • Minimum 10 consecutive years of dividend payments. • Minimum float-adjusted market capitalization of US$ 500 million • Minimum 3-month average daily trading volume of US$ 2 million. Stocks passing all three screens are ranked in descending order by indicated annual dividend yield. The top half of securities based on this ranking are eligible for stock selection. The remaining eligible stocks are then ranked using the following composite scoring system: 1) Cash flow to total debt 2) Return on equity 3) Indicated dividend yield 4) Five-year dividend growth rate. The 100 top-ranked stocks by the composite score are selected to the index.
