SOX PHLX Semiconductor Index

The Index is a modified market capitalization-weighted index composed of companies primarily involved in the design, distribution, manufacture, and sale of semiconductors. Eligible share types include common stocks and ADRs with a minimum market capitalization of $100 million. The top 30 securities based on market capitalization are included in the Index. At each quarter, the Index is rebalanced such that the maximum weight of any Index Security does not exceed 8% and no more than 5 securities are at that cap. The excess weight of any capped security is distributed proportionally across the remaining Index Securities.
