SPXPGTR S&P 500 Pure Growth Total Return Index

This is the total return version of SPXPG. S&P classifies every stock in the S&P 500 Index into one of three buckets: growth (33%), value (33%), and blend (34%). S&P determines growth using three factors: three-year change in earnings per share over price per share, three-year sales per share growth rate, and momentum (12-month % price change). The S&P 500 Pure Growth Index includes the top scoring stocks from those stocks in the growth bucket, or around 120 stocks. The selected stocks are weighted proportion to their relative growth score.
