SRET Global X SuperDividend REIT ETF
Seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the Solactive Global SuperDividend REIT Index. The Index initially screens 60 of the highest yielding REITs in the world, including U.S. REITs, and then from those selects the 30 companies with the lowest 90 day volatility. Eligible REITs must have a market capitalization of $100 milllion. Once a quarter (five business days before the last trading day in April, July and October), the index components are screened for dividend cuts or an overall negative outlook concerning the companies’ dividend policy. If any changes need to be implemented, the index will be adjusted at the close of the last trading day of the respective month.
