TDS-V Telephone and Data Systems ADRs of 6.000% Series VV Cumulative Preferred
Dividends will be payable on the liquidation preference amount, on a cumulative basis, quarterly in arrears on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st of each year, commencing on September 30, 2021. We may, at our option, redeem the Series VV Preferred Stock, in whole, at any time, or in part, from time to time, on or after September 30, 2026, at a redemption price in cash equal to $25,000 per share of Series VV Preferred Stock (equivalent to $25.00 per Depositary Share).
