This is an open ended mutual fund. Seeks daily investment results before fees and expenses that correspond to two times the inverse -2x of the daily performance of the MSCI EAFE Index. The Index is includes large and mid-cap securities across developed markets, including countries in Europe, Australasia and the Far East, excluding the U.S. and Canada. The Index is available for a number of regions, market segments/sizes and covers approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in each of the countries. The Index is a market capitalization weighted index. The number of countries considered to be a "developed market" can change. MSCI has a formal process of evaluating each year which countries should be classified as a "developed market".
