WEIX Dynamic Short Short-Term Volatility Futures ETF

This is an actively managed fund that seeks to achieve its investment objective, under normal circumstances, by obtaining investment exposure to an actively managed portfolio of short positions in futures contracts with monthly expirations (“VIX Futures Contracts”), which are based on the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated (“CBOE”) Volatility Index (the “VIX Index” or “VIX”). The value of the Fund’s Shares relates directly to the value of, and realized profit or loss from, the financial instruments and other assets held by the Fund, including VIX Futures Contracts. Fluctuations in the price of these financial instruments or assets could materially adversely affect an investment in the Fund. The Fund expects to primarily take short positions in VIX Futures Contracts by shorting the next two near term VIX Futures Contracts and rolling the nearest month VIX Futures Contract to the next month on a daily basis. As such, the Fund expects to have a constant one-month rolling short position in first and second month VIX Futures Contracts under normal circumstances.
